SELVIEJO is the name of a quaint little stone cottage nestled in the
mountains just half an hour from Santander. Completely renovated and
fully equipped, it can accommodate four people who are looking for rest
and relaxation.
SELVIEJO is located in a spectacular valley just off the main road
from La Cavada to Puerto de Alisas. A number of world class golf
courses (Pedreņa- Seve Ballesteros) are less than a hour away.
The cottage itself is surrounded by a beautiful forest. The top
floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living
room-dinning room complete with a woodstove. Downstairs you will
find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is heated
and there is running hot water throughout the house. For your
entertainment a TV with satellite channels, DVD and Hi-Fi system
is provided.
There is a large fenced-in garden complete with lawn furniture and a
covered eating area complete with a built in barbecue. A washer and
dryer are also available to guests.
